During Purchase
Select your preferred treatment packages and add them to your cart. Once complete, proceed to check out and make payment.

After Purchase
All purchases will be processed within 1-2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). An order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. If you do not receive any order confirmation email, please check your junk folder. You may also contact our Customer Service.

Payment
We accept both Master and Visa credit card payments, FPX or Bank-In Transfer (attach with proper proof of deposit). An invoice will be attached and email will be sent to your registered email address within 1-2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Exchange / Refund / Cancellation
All purchases made are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-shareable and cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed. Kindly ensure you have checked all purchases before you proceed with payment.
